A Sentence Review
Sometimes we have neither the time nor the inclination to spend time reading a long, rambling, sometimes spoiler-ridden subjective book review. A lazy rapscallion such as myself finds this to be torture! Yet I also don’t want to just look at what’s on the trending lists and buy the books at the top! I want good reads.
And good reads may not always be successful books.
I decided on ‘A Sentence Review’ because honestly, that’s what I wish I had. With the hope that there’s someone out there who can benefit from a book review that isn’t meant to share their many personal thoughts and analysis? Just looking for a good book to read? Can’t be arsed to read a lengthy review when you’d rather be doing something else? I’m glad to share this with you in that case!
Genres of Book Club
While the Book Club strives to provide book recommendations you’d like, not everyone has identical tastes. (Understatement of the millennia?) Because I, a human, am the one reading and writing the book review, I have tastes unique to my own.
Not everyone may agree with those tastes! However, I can safely say that because my tastes are wildly eclectic and esoteric, there’s probably at least one book that would fit your tastes as well! Probably.

Book Review Criteria
To make reviews easily digestible, I will rate the book based on the three criteria that matters the most to me, personally. This means it becomes INCREDIBLY unscientific! But ya know, life is all about balance etcetera, etcetera…
Anyway, along with the One Sentence Review, an infographic will be placed on whether, overall, the book fulfilled the following criteria:
Well Written
Maintains Interest
Worth It
